Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full amount. Wedding and event packages have specific terms outlined in your contract.

A standard 20% gratuity is automatically added to all reservations. This ensures our chauffeurs are fairly compensated for their exceptional service. You may adjust the gratuity amount or provide additional tips at your discretion.

Yes, we offer forward-facing and booster seats at no additional charge. Please request them when booking so we can ensure proper installation. For infants, we recommend bringing your own rear-facing seat for optimal safety and comfort.

Absolutely. Our hourly charter service is perfect for multiple stops. For point-to-point transfers, additional stops may incur extra charges depending on distance and duration. Let us know your itinerary when booking for accurate pricing.

We monitor all flights in real-time. For domestic flights, we provide 45 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing. For international flights, 60 minutes is included. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at our standard rate.
